Looks to me as though you are managing to overlay your devices all the
the same name.

I have the following rule for my Palm Treo 650 (and the Tungsten which
preceded it):-
  KERNEL="ttyUSB1", SYSFS{product}="Palm Handheld", NAME="%k", SYMLINK="pilot"

[that line I had to add to the normal FC3 set]

and this for permissions:-
  ttyUSB*:root:uucp:0660

[that was in the default install for me]
