The Treo 600 is supported by gnome-pilot 2.0.12. To use it with a
previous version you would need to add the USB IDs of the Treo to the
gnome-pilot source and recompile (so its easier to upgrade to 2.0.12).
If you have an even more recent device (for example a Treo 650), then
you can add the USB signature to the devices.xml file (on my
system /usr/share/gnome-pilot/devices.xml) of gnome-pilot 2.0.12.
The Treo 650 works fine with gnome-pilot (2.0.12 with hacked
devices.xml), I can see no reason why a 600 would not work.
