Look in /etc/udev/permissions.d for a permissions file, probably called 50-udev.permissions

	Try this:

	$ cat /etc/udev/rules.d/10-visor.rules
	KERNEL="ttyUSB1" SYMLINK="pilot"

	$ cat /etc/udev/permissions.d/10-visor.permissions
	ttyUSB1:$local:uucp:0660

If the files do not exist, create them with the contents specified above.
