Here's what I get:
usbserinfo:1.0 driver:v1.4
0: module:visor name:"Handspring Visor / Treo / Palm 4.0 / Clie4.x"
vendor:0830 product:0031 num_ports:2 port:1 path:usb-00:07.2-2
1: module:visor name:"Handspring Visor / Treo / Palm 4.0 / Clie4.x"
vendor:0830 product:0031 num_ports:2 port:2 path:usb-00:07.2-2

If it's connected to USB, it's typically /dev/ttyUSB<x>
Press the hotsync button, and cat /proc/tty/driver/usb-serial. You
should see 2 USB ports opened. The leftmost numerals are the ttyUSB port
numbers.
If it's a Tungsten, then <x> is the 1st port number. Else, <x> is the
2nd port number.
