Re: can't sync upgraded iiic to palm os 4.1

I'm using the USB serial connection on mine and restarting gnome-pilot will 
work SOMETIMES. When it doesn't work it hardlocks my computer. There have 
been a couple occasions where I have been able to snyc more than once within 
X without a lock, but generally I have to quit X, hit the hotsync button 
again and then run "startx." It syncs without a hardlock about 90% of the 
time with that method.

I can live with this for now, but it's annoying. I'm also dealing with the 
aforementioned problem of everything crashing when I try and sync my memos. 
Pheh.

What kernel are you running?
