RE: Ximian !!!



I think we're all missing the bigger picture here.

we should always preface these kinds of conversations with:

1)  it's amazing that pilot synchronization is supported at all for
linux.  the fact that it works as well as it does normally is a huge
bonus.

2)  the clean, normally stable packaging that Ximian provides is
awesome, hands down.  the fact that we have this at all for linux FOR
FREE should NOT be taken for granted.

with that said, this kind of breakage should only be seen as a slight
inconvenience.  We'd only have a right to complain if this broke with
regularity which is NOT the case.

I'm anxious like the next guy to get this working again but let's keep
our perspective here.

Eskil and Ximian:  Keep up the good work!
