Evolution can do iTIP-based peer-to-peer scheduling. You can use this
with MS Outlook if you configure it to send meeting requests using
iCalendar instead of its MS-TNEF gibberish.
As for a centralized calendar server for real-time scheduling, we have
nothing of the sort at this time. This is a planned feature, though.
