Missing applet-widget.h

Hello

I am new to this list, but I have searched the mailarchives for an answer
and haven't found one. Now I turn to this list.

I am trying compile version 0.1.52, but the compilation stops since the
compiler doesn't find applet/applet-widget.h when compiling
applet/pilot.c.

I can add output from configuration and making/compilation if you want,
but I don't want to clutter this mail list with big mail since I probably
made a silly error.
