the pilot-link getrom.prc and getrom2.prc files dont work on the Palm3s. use
the 'rom transfer.prc' from pose. (i can email it to you if you'd like)
(IIRC, i havent tried using getrom*.prc)
i got it working, thanks to those who replied.
how it is now:
gpilotd setup: serial crade at /dev/ttyqe
pose: serial cradle at /dev/ptyqe
i run pose, start the hotsync (via the applauncher), then kill gpilotd
and run it from a console. (hell, it works :).
ive got the pose sources, i might see if i can make it open the cradle
straight away and only use it when it syncs. or something.
