Btw, pilot-link/libsock/serial.c seems to indicate, that PILOTRATE=H would
make pilot-link choose the fastest possible connection speed. I can't seem
to get it to work (causes pilot-link crash here), but it could make the
capplet more userfriendly, having the option "Highest" as the last option.
