memo_file in CVS

Folks,

I've commited resurrected and updated memo_file conduit to CVS. It
syncs MemoDB to regular text files. It seems to work in various
situations , but I'm confident I've missed a case or two, so don't 
use this on the only copy of the TopSecret Memos yet :). Anyway if
you can please pound on it and let me know if there any
problems.

PS. If you don't want to bother with CVS just wait for next release
from Eskil.
