Client reconnection bug fixed

Oy...

Just committed a fix to the reconnection problem, where eg. pilot_applet
couldn't properly reconnect. Some other potentiel bugs have also been
killed, plus less "noise" on the output.

But please note, that I haven't had time yet to test the changes in the
synclogic I did yesterday...
