Compilation problems against RH50 ?

Oy, back from Madrid, do they have lousy beer...

I've finally gotten around to upgrading machine and os, so now I'm running
RH50 (and no X windows due to lousy S3 cards, but thats not important).

Anyways, when compiling gnome-pilot, I get

gcc -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I. -I.. -I/usr/local/include -I/usr/local/include
-DNEED_GNOMESUPPORT_H -I/usr/local/lib/gnome-libs/include
-I/usr/X11R6/include -I/usr/local/lib/glib/include -I/usr/X11R6/include
-I/usr/local/lib/glib/include -I/usr/local/include
-I/usr/local/lib/glib/include -I/usr/local/include -Wall
-Wmissing-prototypes -Wmissing-declarations -Wpointer-arith -c gpilotd.c
In file included from /usr/local/include/pi-config.h:270,
                 from /usr/local/include/pi-source.h:38,
                 from manager.h:6,
                 from gpilotd.c:7:
/usr/include/arpa/inet.h:46: parse error before `__net'

in /usr/include/arpa/inet.h, u_long is apparently undefined. (and yes, I
have recompiled pilot-link). Now is this something that would be solved if
grew up and upgraded to 5.1, or is this a pilot-link problem ?
