Next Steps

Hi all,

Let's kick things off. If you weren't at the GUADEC BoF, check out the
summary I wrote on my blog [1] (if you haven't already). You'll see
that we set goals in a number of areas, including application
installation and distribution, SDK, testable, core UX and
touch/mobile. The question we have now is: how do we get there?

Initial things we can do:

1. Post the BoF notes online
2. Review the action items that we set at GUADEC
3. Identify any additional short term goals that we can work towards

Once point one has been taken care of, my suggestion would be to start
a separate mailing list thread for each action area. I also think that
it would be good to think of things that we can accomplish for GNOME
3.8.
