I'm working on it. ;)
I figure it's best to have a design that's matched to content before
starting to replace it ad hoc. I'm also going the xslt route because
that will integrate well with some of the better CMS's out there, whilst
allowing the generation of static html from separate contents and
design. (I think I missed out some buzzwords there.)
I do think we need to be ambitious with this. I've mentioned it before
and I'll mention it again, I'd like to procure the gnomeoffice.org
domain for the website. I might also start fishing for some free
hosting that's separated out from gnome.org so we can implement a CMS at
our will. We need something we can build a community around. A set of
static descriptions, the current format of the website, is not
sufficient.
