Thank you for the clarification.  I thought that this was the actual menu item,
but it is not.

In the translation file this message is correct with a single period, because
it _refers_ to the menu item, but is not the actual menu item itself.

   appear in the GUI. If the name includes a colon or an ellipsis,
   do not include that punctuation when you refer to the item in
