[gnome-network]status

Hi

So that everybody knows what the status of gnome-network is, please have
a look at

That is the talk Germán and I gave at last GUADEC, and which contains
the current status of all the tools, and the plans we've got so far.

We would really appreciate if people could post their comments to those
ideas, and see what we can come up with.
