Searching for "webkitgtk-3.0.pc"
<http://packages.ubuntu.com/search?mode=exactfilename&suite=natty&section=all&arch=any&searchon=contents&keywords=webkitgtk-3.0.pc>
yields "libwebkitgtk-3.0-dev".
Could you try to install "libwebkitgtk-3.0-dev" via your package
manager? Eventually, you need to download the necessary .deb files from
the above mentioned URL. If that's not possible, you might consider
building webkit yourself.
