I no longer have the exact error text.  I have cleaned and in process
of restarting. When complete I will be restarting clean.

I am wondering if there is some _other_ test(s) that can be performed
to ensure my environment is sufficient for a build.

Also, should I use a specific branch or revision and build with no
network option?
