jhbuild also supports tarball releases.

First i tried jhbuild but I left it because of git (I got stuck with git http proxy authentication issue ) is there any solution of doing it without git ?

   

What you just did is going back 1.5 years in time, falling back to GNOME
2.24 because of git issues when building 2.30+.

What's your distro / version anyway?

I am using Fedora 10
