[gnome-love] gnome gsoc proposal: a lunar calendar

Hi, everyone,

I have a proposal that we can add lunar calendar support in gnome clock. Lunar calendar is also called agricultural calendar in China, and it is popular and important in some Asia countries. That may be a useful function for Asian linux and gnome users. 

So is that OK?
