The screensaver project is a long term commitment, someone would have to
maintain it ongoing and it probably can't be completed by the end of the
bounty contest (January). The bounty stuff is just some small one-time
tasks focusing on integrating multiple pieces of the desktop, it
shouldn't give you the idea that all GNOME work is going to have a
bounty attached.
