I need that someone takes care of the docbook taglist file.

If you want to help with this task you can try to contact him.

If you know latex, you could also try to improve the latex taglist.

Or you could write a man/groff taglist (i.e. a taglist to write man
files)

Or a spec taglist, i.e. a taglist to write .spec files.
