[gnome-love] homework: Available Themes window doesn't scroll with keyboard

Hi

Thanks to Jamil <geor ihug co nz>, new theme is selected after being
installed. His patch is in cvs now. Thanks Jamil!

While we are on that capplet, how about another small one:

Please comment in bugzilla if this is a gtk+ issue or not
(or on this mailing list, I'll add comment in bugz), and
if it's control center's fault, send a patch!
