GNOME on only one screen of two screen setup?

Hi,

I have 1 Xserver and 2 X screens and 2 monitors ($DISPLAY of :0.0
and :0.1 ). I'm not using Xinerama or TwinView. I'm using Nvidia
proprietary driver. I'm on Fedora 14 (GNOME 2.32).

Can I make GNOME only use screen :0.0 and leave :0.1 untouched?

I've tried to google for the answer and tried browsing the code but I'm
not sure what module is responsible? gdm, gnome-session, metacity,
gnome-panel?
