Hi i'm using ubuntu 9.04 but did the accessible
installation of ubuntu and speech is broken.
i tried touch .pulse_audioa11y_nostart and touch
~/.pulse_a11y_audio nostart but no speech still.
i had a sighted person read the screen and no
errors were present.
