Kgpg won't start

I'm using Ubuntu Jaunty.  When I try to start kgpg, nothing happens.
When I enter kgpg on a terminal, nothing happens there either.  No error
messages at all.  Anyone have any idea what I need to do to fix this?

Also, did not see anything about kgpg in any of the logs.
