Apparently the above is a "stock" message; something triggers the
display of the message although it should not appear.

My guess is that the file permissions of the .mp4 file indicate the
priviledge of execution (click on Properties and have a look at the file
permissions). Did you copy the .mp4 file from your Windows partition or
are you running it from the Windows partition?

Assuming the guess above is correct, change the permissions so that they
match the status of the video files.
