Upgrade to Gnome 2.14

I am using Fedora 4 which uses Gnome 2.10. But I want
to update to Gnome 2.14 without upgrade Fedora (I have
to stay wiht Fedora 4 for work reason).

Can you please tell me what is the easiest way to do
that?
