GtkHTML 3.6.x is the stable branch -- this follows the very same version
convention, AFAIK.
Latest and greatest version of Evolution and friends is available at
http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/sources/ as source tarball. The projects
page [1] apparently isn't updated yet, so here are the latest (stable)
releases:
evolution 2.2.2
evolution-data-server 1.2.2
gtkhtml 3.6.2
libsoup 2.2.3
gal 2.4.2
