Question about Gtkhtml 3.7

This is just a (hopefully) quick and simple question.  Is Gtkhtml
version 3.7.0 a stable, or development (unstable) release?  Evidently
even-numbered GNOME releases are stable and odd are development, but I
wasn't sure if this carried over to Gtkhtml too.

I'd appreciate anyone who could answer this for me.  Thanks.
