I'll check the files this afternoon and get back to you.  My ISP is:
208.34.90.3   and my address is: 208.34.90.xxx where xxx has been observed
to vary from 2 to 254 making my address dynamic.  The way I read it.  If it
makes a difference (data is from Mandrake connections).
