This does of course bring up the question of which way should it be
fixed?
As far as I can see, the way the top panel does it should be the right
way, ie: the edge of the screen IS the edge of the screen
Otherwise you can move stuff, without being able to get it back
Also when I looked at it maximising apps makes most usable at 800x600
not perfect bu
