gnome-terminal keys

The way gnome-terminal is packaged with Solaris 9, PgUp and PgDn keys
are not sent to the applications. Instead, the gnome terminal just
scrolls up its text buffer up and down when you use those keys. Is
there a way to change this behavior back to normal?
