Re: Gnome 2 Again ( pango & gtk+ )

Hi again:
I'm trying to create the srpm from gtk+ 2.0.6 tar.gz. No success. When
the configure process looks for pango flags aborts with this error:
"checking Pango flags... -I/usr/include/pango-1.0 -I/usr/X11R6/include
-I/usr/include/freetype2 -I/usr/include/glib-2.0
 -I/usr/lib/glib-2.0/include -lpango xft-1.0 -lpangox-1.0 -lpango-1.0
-lgobject-2.0 -lgmodule-2.0 -ldl -lglib-2.0
checking for pango_context_new in -lpango-1.0... no
configure: error:
*** Can't link to Pango. Pango is required to build
*** GTK+. For more information see http://www.pango.org
error: Bad exit status from /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.27515 (%build)"

But some lines before, I can see this:
"
checking for glib-2.0 >= 2.0.6 atk >= 1.0.1 pango >= 1.0.1... yes
checking BASE_DEPENDENCIES_CFLAGS... -I/usr/include/glib-2.0
-I/usr/lib/glib-2.0/include -I/usr/include/atk-1.0 -I/usr/include/pango-1.0
checking BASE_DEPENDENCIES_LIBS... -latk-1.0 -lpango-1.0 -lgobject-2.0
-lgmodule-2.0 -ldl -lglib-2.0
checking Whether to write dependencies into .pc files... no"

This is saying that pango is well installed, but after, something is wrong
with pango, or the process think it.

I'm ging mad.

Any idea?

TIAS
