This is what I had to do. I did this some time ago, so I hope its
relevant. The files you listed were installed in /usr/local/lib
for me. After adding that path to my ld.so.conf and running
ldconfig. I relinked the files in usr/lib to the ones in
/usr/local/lib. This seemed to do the trick.
