Sawfish transient windows

Hello GNOME's,
  A problem with Sawfish configuration.
The setting "Sawfish>>Miscellaneous>>Kepp transient windows stacked above":
1) Set to "none" is fine, transient windows go to the back when another is brought 
to the front.
2) PROBLEM. Behaves the same as none.
3) Fine. Transient stays above all windows.

Am I missing a setting?
Is the window not being detected a a child of the parent, and nothing I can do 
about it?
