Logout script

Hello,

I would like to be able to bring up the Gnome logout dialog box by way
of a script, instead of having to go to the menu and choose Log Out. 
Can anyone tell me what shell commands to use?

I have looked through the Gnome Menu Editor to try to find the commands
behind the log out menu item, but it doesn't seem to show up in there.
