With GNOME 2.1.4 or later, if you click a launcher on workspace 3,
then switch to workspace 1, the app will come up on workspace 3. This
is true only for launchers that have startup notification support,
e.g. gnome-terminal right now, but should be most gtk2 apps by the
time we release.
The run dialog could be pretty easily extended to also support this.
