Evolution Filter

I wanted to ask if anyone can suggest a filter setup that would filter
out on an item not being present?
More specifically I want to set up a filter that will put blanket spam
mail into a folder and I want to setup the filter to do so if my email
address is not in the header.
I have tried various things, but so far, has not panned out.
