Hi,
I have recently moved from Gnome 1.2 to 1.4 and I have a couple of
benign questions.
[Before, though, let me say I still haven't found out what's wrong with
esound, something I asked in a previous mail. It worked fine under Gnoe
1.2, but has gone dumb under 1.4. If I stop the esd daemon, the other
apps work normally, but with esd I can't even get Gnome sounds. If
anyone's experienced that, please let me know! I don't think my
soundcard is responsble, but in any case it's a Sound Blaster Ensoniq.]
The two problema I have are:
* I don't want Gnome to save the desktop everytime I log out, but it's
not giving me any choice!
* I can't find in the control center the options for configuring the
session's opening and closing. All I get under "Sessions" is the
"Hint" options.
TIA for any help!
Fil
