These are really weird errors. Don't you have got some automake 
installation problems ? Or some privilegde problems ? They let me amazed ...
Perhaps you should try to install binary packages. Perhaps your 
development tools are a little out of date (libtool 1.3.4 is really out 
of date).
You should also check automake, autoconf, intltool or xml-i18n-tools.
here are some of the versions I use:
