Hi,
I'm trying to update the version of evolution on my SuSE 7.3 box
and am having a terrible time of it. I have discovered that I need to
update several packages. Specifically I must update: bonobo, bonobo-conf,
Orbit, gal, gtkhtml, and evolution. So, I first try doing Orbit because of
dependency issues; I used the old .spec file for the installed version
(0.5.8) and updated things to reflect the current version I want to
install (0.5.12). However, when I do "rpm -ba orbit.spec" it bombs out
with this error message. Can anyone help me sort out and solve the
problem?
mv -f .libs/util.lo util.lo

-release 0.6 parser.lo lexer.lo ns.lo util.lo -L/usr/lib -lglib
rm -fr .libs/libIDL.la .libs/libIDL.* .libs/libIDL-0.6.*

So, where do I start looking from here?
