The docs are correct, it sounds like maybe you're trying to click on the
"Internet" menu item (which has a small arrow beside it) instead of the
"Internet" sub-menu title?

Menu titles that look like menu items are fairly evil, however, and we
suggested exactly what should be done with them in the usability report
:o)
