I think the original question was referring to the Great And
Cunning Plan, which called for alpha2 to happen on the 2nd of
November. A couple of tarballs weren't ready at the end of the
day. I'm not the one herding cats, erm, I mean collecting 
tarballs, but I think it's almost there.
