Control Center - 1.3.90

Um, I was wondering - shouldn't the theme selector be under the Look and
Feel section of the Control Center, instead of Desktop?  That would make
a bit more sense.

I am using 1.3.90 (from Eazel website), so this might already be changed
in the 1.4 package, but I can't get most of those to compile (known
errors, from what I've read, so I'm waiting for the next RC/full
release).
