GAL

I can't get GAL to compile because it doesn't support
the newest 2.x.x gnome xml libraries.  I need to
install GnomeAppLib so that I can compile GtkHTML, so
that I can use it in Balsa.  Is there any way that I
can do that without downgrading my XML libraries?  Any
suggestions?
