Mmm. It is not that I thought it was impossible to make it work with
the 104/105 keys layout (and it obviously isn't :-), it's just easier
to switch to 101/102 - else I think you're letting the server map Meta
to the Windows keys when starting up just to let it remove the binding
again when it processes the .xmodmap file. Not that it matters.
