Are you compiling from source or just using RPMs? I suspect you are
reading that the RPMs don't work with RH7.0 which is because that
distribution uses a different (incompatable) version of the RPM program.
I believe that if you compile from source things will work properly and
that in due time there will be compatable binary RPM releases.
