is there a gnome equivalent to "KFileReplace"

KFileReplace does things I need, but I don't use KDE. Is there a
substitute?

>From my reading of its info, it appears to be a gui replacement for
sed/awk/perl tools that people have been using a long time to replace
one string with another recursively, through files/directories.
